Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases from Wall Gallery through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Products

Our wall art is UV printed on rigid, lightweight ECO Board. Product photos are representative; small variations in colour between your screen and the finished print are normal and are not a manufacturing fault.

2. Sizes

Standard sizes are 60 × 40 cm, 40 × 30 cm, 30 × 20 cm, 20 × 15 cm (set of 5) and 15 × 10 cm (set of 10). Any design can be enlarged or split across multiple panels on request. Custom sizes are available for custom projects only, starting from Rs. 50,000.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Payment is accepted by direct bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not available. Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

4. Order acceptance

We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or payment cannot be verified.

5. Delivery

Delivery is free within Sri Lanka and is handled as described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Because every piece is made to order, returns and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, images and content on this website belong to Wall Gallery or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written consent. For custom orders, you confirm that you own or have the right to use any artwork or photos you send us.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
