Shipping & Delivery Policy

Free islandwide delivery

Delivery is free on all orders within Sri Lanka.

Made to order

Every Wall Gallery print is UV printed on ECO Board after your order is confirmed. Production begins once your payment has been received and verified.

Delivery time

After your payment is confirmed, we will message you on WhatsApp with your expected dispatch and delivery date. Delivery times depend on your location and the size of your order. Large and multi-panel orders may take longer to produce.

Payment before dispatch

We accept direct bank transfer. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available. Orders are processed once the payment reaches our account; please send your payment slip and order number on WhatsApp to 070 448 7937 to speed this up.

Packaging

Prints are packed to protect the surface and corners during transport. Please check your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged, see our Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours.

Bulk and commercial orders

For hotels, offices, interior designers and other bulk orders, delivery and installation arrangements are agreed separately. Contact us on WhatsApp at 070 448 7937.
