Refund & Replacement Policy

Every Wall Gallery piece is UV printed to order on ECO Board specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind, a wrong size chosen by the customer, or a design that has already gone into production.

Damaged or faulty prints

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not the design or size you ordered, we will reprint and replace it free of charge. To make a claim:

• Message us on WhatsApp at 070 448 7937 within 48 hours of delivery.
• Send your order number and clear photos of the damage or fault, and of the outer packaging.
• Keep the item and packaging until the claim is resolved.

Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund by bank transfer.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund before it goes into production. Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Custom projects

Custom-size and custom-design projects (from Rs. 50,000) are made to your approved artwork and specifications, so they are non-refundable once you approve the final proof, except for damage or manufacturing faults as described above.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed by bank transfer within 7 working days.
